Quicksilver Cruises:

For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking. On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee. The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

Down Under Cruise & Dive:

All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund. Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid. All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only. The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient. A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard. Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive. Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund. We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Cairns Discovery Tours:

Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests. Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: · More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person · Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater · Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater · Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability) Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation Policy: Individual “Cruise like a local” bookings: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator's discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Groups or Exclusive Charters (12 paxs or more): Cancellations made more than 30 clear working days before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operators discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: It is the Passenger's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time for the departure of the vessel. Failure to do so will mean that the Passenger forfeits the full fare price to the Operator. Safety Requirements for Travel: 1. Disabled Passengers: The Operator recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating. Disabled Passengers cruising aboard Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 2. Pregnant Persons: Pregnant persons cruising with Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 3. Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Groups and exclusive charter embarkment and disembarkment times are arranged at the time of booking. Passengers are required to be at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to nominated departure. Days of Operation: The 'Cruise like a local' tour operates daily from 1st September to 1st June (inc), 12.30pm, returning 4.30pm. Minimum Numbers: 'Cruise like a local' departs with a minimum of two passengers and will cater up to 12 people. If you have numbers that exceed this, you will need to make a private booking. Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
