Tasman Venture - Fraser Island & Whale Watching Tours:

Online booking may incur up to a 20% fee for cancellations. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure are not eligible for a refund. No refund shall be given should the vessel sail without you at the advertised time. Should the trip be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and you are unable to transfer your booking we will refund your fare. All trips may be cancelled without notice, in the event of adverse weather conditions. Tour operators reserve the right to substitute another vessel in the event of unavailability of the advertised vessel.

SeaLink Queensland:

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the Magnetic Island ferry is cancelled by SeaLink QLD due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, inclement weather) a transfer to another day or full refund will be offered. No refunds are given on unused ferry tickets. Cancellations for day tours will incur the following cancellation fees: More than 30 days before departure: 10% of coast Between 7 and 30 days before departure: 50% of cost. Less than 7 days before departure: 80% of cost. Within 24hr of departure (or no-show): 100% of cost. No Refund.

Whitsunday Jetski Tours:

Cancellations made after 6pm the night before tour or 'no show' may incur a 50% charge.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
