15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:

Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price. The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Chevrolet Convertibles / Top Down Tours:

Cancellation may occur due to extremes in weather conditions, in these situations we will refund or change dates to suit customers request.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Western Travel Bug:

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Adventure Company:

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Cairns Discovery Tours:

Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests. Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.

Mulgas Adventures:

100% non-refundable if cancelled within 48hours of tour departure. 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with more than 48hrs notice.

The Rock Tour:

100% if the Tour is cancelled within 24 hours of departure. 50% if between 24-48 hours. 25% at all other times.

Flames of the Forest:

For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event. For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person; Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost 14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
